Deposits and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our line of work, Tickled Pink Ltd can not go by someone's word that payment will be received. Thus, we have set up strict deposit and cancellation policies. We reserve the right to change these policies at any time and without notice, unless already bound by contract.
Wedding Ceremony:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance will be due within 7 days of your wedding. Monthly payment arrangements can be made, please contact us.
Wedding Cancellations:
If you find that you must cancel your wedding date and a new date has not been determined with one year of the original booking, your deposit will be refunded as follows upon receipt of written notice:
100% Refund - Within 30 days of Wedding
50% Refund - Within 2 weeks of Wedding
25% Refund - Within 1 week of Wedding
No Refund if we receive notification less then 1 week before the Wedding
Re-Schedules:
There is no fee for changing the date of your wedding as long as it is within 1 year of the original booking and the deposit has been paid. Please contact us in the event of this happening.
Wedding and other tiered/intricate cakes:
All wedding cakes or other tiered/intricate cakes will have a deposit of $150, due upon signing of contract. Payment in full is due 10 days prior to event. Cancellations of wedding cakes or other tiered/intricate cakes deposits will be kept upon cancellation. Refunds of 60% will be made for cakes canceled up two months in advance. Cancellation 10 days or less prior to event, no refund will be made.
All other cakes/baked goods:
All other cakes/baked goods, other than wedding or tiered/intricate cakes shall have a deposit of 30% upon request of goods. Final payment is due upon arrival or pickup of your items. Deposits are non-refundable on these cakes due to the notice of only one week required notice. Cancellations less than 5 days notice prior to event, no refunds will be made.
Forms of Payment
Cash, Check, or Money Order - if your check does not clear you will be responsible for the amount of the check and any bank fees that are occurred.
